On a trip with friends, we were in Salzburg, Austria. One morning while grabbing coffee, we ran into a friendly stranger. A German who was living in Salzburg with his wife. He recommended we head to St.Gilgen for a day to explore — we quickly changed our plans, and grabbed the next bus to St.Gilgen. What a gem is it — a crystal clear chain of lakes, surrounded by the striking Austrian Alps. I will never forget this day.
